About Us
Founded in 2014, Digital Singam is a Tamil Nadu–based digital marketing company helping startups, brands, and manufacturers grow through website development, digital marketing, personal branding, video production, and business consultation. We're now expanding our Personal Branding & Content Creation Team and looking for confident, creative individuals to join us at the leadership level.

💡 You must be confident to appear on camera and willing to travel occasionally. We’ll train you for the rest.

Role Highlights

✅ No Experience? No Problem. Training Provided!
No prior skills needed in digital marketing or content creation. We provide complete training and mentorship.

✅ Ultra-Flexible Work Schedule
Work only 4–6 days per month (around 50–60 days per year) while playing a key leadership role.

What You’ll Do

• Travel anywhere in Tamil Nadu & Kerala to meet clients
• Identify client pain points and prepare reports for solutions
• Pitch Digital Singam’s consulting + marketing services to businesses
• Follow-up & coordinate with internal teams for execution
• Work directly with the Founder & Consulting Head to close deals

Who We’re Looking For

• Freshers / 0–1 year experience in sales, business, or marketing
• Strong communication (Tamil mandatory, English basic)
• Confident in face-to-face meetings, travel & presentations
• Ambitious, target-driven, and eager to learn business skills
• Fresher with high energy & learning mindset (Training will be given)

Compensation & Benefits

• No Fixed Monthly Salary ❌
• Approximate Yearly Income: ₹1.5 Lakhs – ₹3 Lakhs (based on performance)
• Profit Share: 10–20% of revenue generated ✅
• Company Covers: Travel 🚘 + Food 🍴 + Stay 🏨
• Unlimited earning potential – higher performance = higher income

Terms

• Agreement-based role (minimum 6 months)
• Clear revenue share % mentioned in the agreement.

• Public collaborations using our name must be pre-approved.
