This agreement is entered into between:

• “Service Provider”: Digital Singam 
• “Billing Entity”: Pranavan Food Products 
• “Customer”: The purchaser of the product 

Both entities are under common ownership, and payment processing is handled by the Billing Entity.

The “Master Strategy Blueprint” is a customized strategic document delivered in physical format via postal service.

This is a non-tangible intellectual product converted into printed format.

• Orders are accepted via WhatsApp / Razorpay 
• Order is confirmed only after full payment 
• Service Provider reserves the right to accept or reject any order without reason 

Customer agrees to:

• Provide accurate, complete business information 
• Cooperate during data collection 
• Review inputs before submission 

Failure may affect output quality, for which Service Provider holds no responsibility.

The Product is:

• 100% customized 
• Based solely on customer-provided data 

No guarantee is made that the strategy will be suitable if data is inaccurate.

• Payment processed via Pranavan Food Products (Razorpay) 
• GST invoice issued under Billing Entity 
• All payments are final and non-refundable 

Due to the customized nature:

❌ No refunds
❌ No cancellations
❌ No chargebacks permitted

Any chargeback attempt will be legally contested.

• Dispatch within 7–10 working days 
• Delivery via India Post or equivalent 

Risk transfers to customer upon dispatch.
No liability for delay, loss, or damage in transit.

All content remains exclusive property of Digital Singam.

Customer is prohibited from:

• Copying 
• Sharing 
• Reselling 
• Reproducing 

Violation may lead to civil and criminal action.

No assurance is provided for:

• Revenue 
• Profit 
• Business success 

Results depend on execution and external factors.

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

Digital Singam & Pranavan Food Products shall not be liable for:

• Direct / indirect loss 
• Financial damage 
• Business failure 
• Opportunity loss 

Customer agrees to indemnify both entities from any claims arising from:

• Use of the product 
• Business decisions 
• Misuse of strategy 

Governed by laws of India
Jurisdiction:  Sivagangai, Tamil Nadu, India 

By purchasing, customer confirms full acceptance of these terms.

Data is collected and processed by:

• Digital Singam (service) 
• Pranavan Food Products (billing) 

• Personal: Name, phone, address 
• Business: operations, revenue, problems 
• Communication: WhatsApp interactions 

• Order fulfillment 
• Customization 
• Delivery 
• Compliance & record keeping 

• Consent 
• Contractual necessity 
• Legitimate interest 

Shared only with:

• Logistics providers (India Post) 
• Payment gateways (Razorpay) 

No resale of data.

Data retained only as required for:

• Service delivery 
• Legal compliance 

While reasonable safeguards are used, no system is 100% secure.
User accepts inherent data transmission risks.

User may request:

• Access 
• Correction 
• Deletion 

Subject to legal obligations.

WhatsApp & Razorpay operate independently.
Their policies apply separately.
